Harvest: 2023 Region: Crete Vineyard: Mountainous and semi-mountainous Vineyards of the Estate. Harvest dates: End of August Alcoholic Title: 13% by Vol Vinification: Careful grapes selection of low yielding vines at the optimal time of harvest. Then the grapes undergo a cold maceration period for 20 hours, followed by classic red vinification with short pumping over in stainless steel tanks and controlled temperatures ensuring optimal expression. Malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in new French barriques for 12 months and bottle ageing in the Estate’s cellar. Served at: 16-18°C
