yeast strains at controlled low temperatures. Colour: Rose. Nose: Strong bouquet with aromas of rose, grape, violet, white flowers and honey. Mouth: Rich mouth with mild acidity, sweet sence of nose aromas, with notes of dried papaya and apricot.
