Tsikoudia Vidiano is a product of traditional
distillation and is produced exclusively from
selected grape marc of the white variety
Vidiano that is cultivated in our privately
owned vineyards.
DISTILLATION
The grape marc is distilled into traditional
discontinuous pot stills in a slow process where
only the heart of the distillate is collected.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
An electric distillate with crystal appearance and
delicate aromas of herbs and peach. Richness and
finesse in the mouth with ripe fruit flavors and
discreet minerality.
