Tsikoudia Assyrtiko is a product of traditional
distillation and is produced exclusively from
selected grape marc of the white variety
Assyrtiko that is cultivated in our privately
owned vineyards.
DISTILLATION
The grape marc is distilled into traditional
discontinuous pot stills in a slow process where
only the heart of the distillate is collected.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A distinctive distillate bright in appearance with the
characteristic minerality of the variety dominating.
Pleasant in taste with velvety aftertaste.
